Automatic company data lookup
Find a company by name or registration number and Numbero automatically loads the available details from the Company Register database.
VAT payer numbers can also be verified against the European Union VAT register, which is especially useful in deals with foreign clients and partners.
Automatic bank details entry
When you enter an IBAN account number, Numbero checks that it is correct and matches IBAN syntax, and automatically determines the bank's name and SWIFT (BIC) code.
This makes adding bank details faster and reduces the chance of errors in documents.
Bank and payment institution sync
Connect Numbero to your bank or payment institution account and automate payment tracking. Numbero's integration covers 2,384 European banks and payment institutions, letting you review incoming payments and match them to issued invoices in one place.
The connection is powered by GoCardless Bank Account Data, using secure, user-authorised open banking infrastructure. The GoCardless network covers more than 2,500 banks in over 30 countries across Europe and the United Kingdom.
If an incoming payment's reference correctly states the invoice number or another recognisable reference, Numbero automatically links the payment to the matching invoice and updates its payment status. Depending on the amount received, the invoice can be marked as fully or partially paid.
That means less manual bank statement checking, invoice statuses that stay up to date, and a clearer picture of your company's cash flow.
Automatic ECB exchange rates
When issuing a document in a foreign currency, Numbero automatically loads the current exchange rate published by the European Central Bank.
No hunting for rates on other sites or retyping data: the required information is added to the document automatically.
Recurring documents
Create a recurring invoice once and set its preparation and sending schedule. Numbero automatically generates the next documents on time, so you never have to build the same invoice from scratch again.
The invoice description can include a dynamically changing period. For example, in the line “Office rent for May 2026”, the month and year update automatically in every new invoice according to the chosen period.
Every document is prepared with the current period while the rest of the invoice stays unchanged.
