The whole team in one system, with controlled access
Add colleagues, your accountant, or other users to your company profile and give each one only the access their work requires. Numbero lets you define clearly what a specific user may view, create, edit, or manage.
The whole team can work in one system while access control stays transparent and secure.
Several companies in one profile
With a single Numbero user profile you can access and manage several companies. There is no need to create a separate account for each company — you can switch between company profiles within one system.
This is especially useful for company groups, managers, accountants, and users who work with several companies every day.

Add your accountant or team members
Invite an accountant, employee, or other partner by entering their email address. Each user signs in to Numbero with their own profile, so there is no shared password to pass around.
Your accountant can be given access to the company documents and data, so they can view and download what they need on their own.

User roles
Each added user can be given an appropriate role:
An administrator receives broad access to company settings and Numbero features.
A user can be given individually tailored permissions matching their responsibilities.
This keeps you in full control of the company profile while giving the team the access it needs.

Individual document access rights
For each user you can define which actions they may perform with documents. For example, a user can:
- manage only the documents they created
- manage their own documents and view others' documents
- only view documents
- manage and view all company documents
This way employees get exactly as much access as their daily work requires.
Separate access to payment management
Document access rights can be kept separate from payment management. You can decide separately whether a user may change invoice payment statuses, match incoming bank payments to invoices, and edit payment information.
This helps restrict access to financial data and entrust payment tracking only to responsible employees.

Transparent and secure teamwork
The company owner or administrator sees all added users, their roles, and granted permissions in one place. Access rights can be adjusted to match an employee’s duties or collaboration needs.

One system for the whole team
With individual, controlled access for every user, the whole team works in one environment with shared, always up-to-date data.
